Commanding vs. Inspiring

Commanding people means you do not trust in people`s inner wisdom and intellect. Commanding may make you feel superior and people may rely on you for further instruction. Commanding involves people losing confidence and trust in their own intelligence and inner wisdom, and relying on the commander for instruction on what they should and should not do.
Inspiring involves recognizing people`s potential and unique abilities, and trusting the intelligence and inner wisdom of others, and guiding them in recognizing the passion, power and potential in themselves to do great things.
