How Important Are Results

Results Are Important but no more important than the process itself.
Results are and output of a process, and should be seen as a way of evaluating the effectiveness of the process itself. The results reflect what changes need be made to the process, what refinements are necessary. Hence more important than the result, is the process itself, the journey is more important that the destination. Our goals are used to evaluate the processes and actions that we take in order to reach those goals.
