Reaching the Top

It happens to some. Some who reach the top and realise that gold is covered in grime, the selfish grime. They realise life is not about them, they get tired of hoarding.... materials things, degrees, medals, trophies, experiences, expectations, judgements... they realise they don't belong to themselves, but to something much bigger. They realise life is not about hoarding more but giving more, more of themselves, and making a difference. And there are those who become aware of this fact much sooner.
