Realisation of Source of Anger

 When we realise that much of the anger there is in the world comes out of one of these three

1) Not feeling belonging (love)

2) Feeling disrespected (respect)

3) Not feeling valued (significance)

We can ask ourselves, how and why has this been perceived this way and what can I do about it. We can take responsibility for our part even when others will ultimately perceive things the way they do.
