The Fear

Has cast a heavy veil on our hearts 

From seeing clearly 

The humanity in others

And The sacredness that underlies all of  creation 

The Effect

Hatred and Violence, harsh judgment, blame and shame - all of which which perpetuates the Evil that lives 

In Us All. 

How do we cast away this veil, this evil, from our hearts?

We breath, we observe, we notice,

The darkness, the evil, with our own loving presence 

We bring in the light and cast away this darkness 

From our hearts 

And Return Home 

To Peace.

To Love. 

To God.
