All Forms of Dictatorship Will Perish

All forms of dictatorship will perish in the near future. Dictatorship in families and relationships, in organizations, in countries and societies. Dictation will be replaced with effective communication, trust and influence. Authorities will need to relinquish control and offer guidance and suggestions and source from the collective intelligence that is at their disposal and trust that their subjects have the wisdom to choose what is right.
