When Consumed By Thoughts...

 When consumed by thought, move into the body. Ask yourself what am I feeling inside, and where am I feeling it? When another is consumed by thought, guide them into their body through inquiry. “How are you feeling? Where are you feeling it?” Be with their feelings. In that way you have opened up space for what is, the emotions that exist, without the need to deny or change. True empathy and compassion exists in this space.
