An Organised System

An organised system is important, as it provides consistency and a means for people to follow (in time and space).
A successful organised system, takes into account the needs and values of stakeholders and those who are affected by the system.
A successful organised system is sustainable and distributed in oppose to centralised. In order to provide long term survival of the system, as well as evolution, a system must be simple, easy to follow, and provide the basic human needs. These needs are communicated by the individuals that constitute this organised system. An organised system does not remain static but changes with time as needs may change. A successful organised system is self-organising.

Learn To Trust

Learn to trust yourself, learn to trust your visions and purpose. Don't let fear of failure, or rejection hold you back. Learn to believe in yourself and your own abilities.

Utiliza What You Have

Utilize all you have, your intelligence, your intuition, your wisdom, your knowledge, to make good decisions in life. Don't just jump into whatever sounds cool, a bit of skepticism is often healthy. It shows you're actually thinking, and not just jumping into things. Excessive hesitation at times, may cause you lose opportunities. However,

How Important Are Results

Results Are Important but no more important than the process itself.
Results are and output of a process, and should be seen as a way of evaluating the effectiveness of the process itself. The results reflect what changes need be made to the process, what refinements are necessary. Hence more important than the result, is the process itself, the journey is more important that the destination. Our goals are used to evaluate the processes and actions that we take in order to reach those goals.
