Higher and Lower States

Human beings are naturally compassionate, abundant loving and caring in their higher selfs, however barriers to this kick in because of lower self functionality. The "lower brain" function of of fear and scarcity for survival prevents a person from living at its highest potential.

The idea is to acknowledge the lower brain presence of fear and scarcity without criticism and blame, and create actions and habits to move towards the higher states of compassion and abundance. Understanding that you have the power and choice to take actions towards what would move you to the state that you want to be in, with trust. A typical language that can be used is "I know I feel this, and I choose to... as I want to be..."

Good Loss and Bad Loss

Once asked a wise man, what is good loss and what is bad loss?
Answered thee A good loss is a loss which results in humily, gratitude, and a creation of a deeper insight. A bad loss is one which results in fear and separation from Self. One can experience either from any form of loss and the difference is only in the way one perceives and reacts to the loss: hence the attitude. This and only this, is the difference.

There are those who seek spirituality because it has become a trend, and those who do so because they seek relief from stress and daily grind, and there are those who seek it in search for the truth. All three steams will have different experiences and end up in different places at the end.
