Have great ideas that people can steal and run away with, making it their own but making it happen. You may not be recognised or acknowledged for it, but you will know that it was at least implemented beyond just an idea in your own head. The aim was for it to happen rather than your own fame for having the idea in the first place. Many fear sharing their ideas for the fear that someone may steal it – they don’t realise an idea not realised is pretty useless and as worthy as an idea never had. A good idea implemented may save lives and make a world a better place.
