Good or Bad?

There are no good or bad people, but people with both positive and negative qualities. For some their positive qualities are more visible to the outside world and their negative qualities hidden, while for others the reverse. Individual predispositions, the environment as well as personal may affects which category people fall into. So if this is the case, what are YOU going to do about it?

Metacognition Unique to Us?

Would it be correct to say that metacognition (thinking about thinking) or the ability to observe one's thought process, emotions and behaviours is only unique to humans? (it seems animals and artificial intelligence can do most other cognitive processes).

Fear: of discomfort, loneliness, survival, being an outcast, what others would think. 
Habits and culture: going with the flow of in-authenticity caused by culture and habits
