Every Possibility has to be Realised

If every possibility has to be realised, then whatever you are experiencing is a possibility that had to be realised in this world or another, no matter how small the chance. The only thing to be done is to confront and deal with the situation effectively.

How Presence is Lost

Even a mild thought can deprive one of presence, leading to unconscious behaviours. Total alertness is required at all times specially in situations when some form of clinging or aversion may arise (seeking or escaping). Both forms create mild instability leading to unconscious behaviours that lead to ineffective outcomes. The only remedy is constant vigilant awareness to the breath and body. This could be when one is by onself or when with others, high presence is required in higher stake situations.

What is Expected vs What is Essential

What is essential is not necessarily what is expected. When one brings into play what they think is essential over what is expected, they take leadership. There is a causal disruption that creates a new paradigm and over-rides the old with the new - where the new is what is needed, and generally not what is expected. Change occurs not for the sake of change but for the sake of betterment and advancement.

What To (Not) Tell An Angry Person

Never ask an angry person to do anything other than to calm down. No action would be fruitful in an angry person.
