When you realise that the nature of the mind is to judge and that mine, yours and all other human being’s minds will continue to judge, then you can simply let go of the need to achieve a state where judgement doesn’t happen. That your folks, friends, enemies will not create stories of you - that some will like you and some won’t. Some like you some of the time and not other times. You become free from the need to be liked all the time by all people. You enter freedom. You can just be you and allow judgments (yours and others) to arise and pass. It's just thoughts afterall. Nothing more.
