Can You Remain in the Fire and Stay Curious?

Can you remain in the fire and stay curious and compassionate?

When the the heat is on, emotions run high, disconnection may arise

Can you gently guide yourself back Home, to God.

Can you feel your breath and return to reality

When the mind's judgement seems so real 

And you have lost your Presence with the King

Can you notice, and return yourself home again.

Continue this journey of returning Home. Until it becomes second nature for you.

Masked By Form

When your obsessions, fears, desires, regrets, envy, judgements, and worries mask the Spirit of the Infinite within you, you feel lost and small, you suffer. Return Home through the power of your presence and rediscover who you truly are beyond the veil of the mind. There you feel whole, complete and perfect. What you truly are. 

Be with Thoughts or Be with God

You can either be with your thoughts or be with God, but not both. 

Balancing the Forces

Because the weight and pull of the world is so great, your presence with God must equally be great to balance out this force and return you to peace. Intense continuous presence is needed to balance this strong pull from the world - so that as Jesus puts it you can be “in the world but not of it”. 

Be Deeply Present

 Unless you have a deep presence with God, you may suffer deeply. 

When the Joy You Experience

When the you experience is not from what happened or did not happen but because of your own presence with the Divine, you experience true and sustained contentment. You are free from the shackles of material life. In its place you are connected with life, itself.

I see you my dear one.

Return to me

Where you have gone is only suffering

Seeking, waiting and wanting.

Return home. 

Where you truly belong.

In My Presence.

Believing vs Being

Cultivate Presence so that you can be with God, rather than believe in God - which is just a bundle of thoughts about God, rather than the deep experience of the Divine within every cell and atom of your body, right now. 

Teach Your Children to Be with God

Teach your children to be with God, so that they can experience the deep peace and joy that is always available to them, even when they feel lonely or sad.

The Master Speaks

I am the choicemaker, and you are the servant

Surrender to me, for I am the cause of all things

You emanate from me and to me is your return

Drop the illusion of control and surrender

In that surrender you will discover 

The uncaused love and peace

That has been waiting for you

All along.

Return to me and remain in my Presence.

Be still so that you will know

Your true essence.

Every sign is a hint that I am.

Return to Presence

 It only takes a moment to lose your presence with the Divine. But it also takes one moment, a conscious breath, to return to Divine Presence. 

Deep Presence with God

 Unless you have deep presence with God, you may suffer deeply. 

At Every Moment

At every moment you can ask yourself, am I in Divine Presence, or have I left Divine Presence? Lost in thoughts, emotions - any pain, frustration, anger, is a sign that you have left Presence. And it only takes one breath to return again. So use your breath to return again. 

Rise Above Your Personality

Rise above your personality - be the still presence, awareness, observer, of what is surmounting your condition. That stillness is the same stillness in all that there is, it is your essence but also the essence of all things. You will find the Master in that space.

When You Recognise Your Deep Need in God

When you recognise your deep need in God, you losen your psychological need for anything outside of you. 

When Life is Good

 Life is good, when you're with God.

Returning to God

Each moment you judge another, be it a person, a group, the government, yourself, you are taken away from God. Let go and return to God again each moment you see your mind judging. 

Using Every Opportunity to Return to God

 We can use every opportunity to return to Divine Presence. Use every moment of life to return to God - the pain, the suffering, the obsession, the lust, the agony, the jealousy, everything can point us back to God. Use it. Return again and again, and remain here for as long as you can. 

The Highest Form of Existence

 Is when you can love even those who put a blade through you

Here your love is unconditional, pervasive and expansive

You are fully connected to Source. You are consumed in God.

The freedom, the peace, the joy, the love comes form the Infinite.

You have fully risen above the game of survival.

This is the highest form of existence. 

You have become nothing.

And hence, everything.

 Being present with God is being present with Self and being present with Self is being present with God.
