The Victim and the Perpetrator

The victim when gained strength can become the perpetrator if their wounds are not healed. They will operate from fear and they would want to instil fear or cause hurt in the "other".

Realisation of Source of Anger

 When we realise that much of the anger there is in the world comes out of one of these three

1) Not feeling belonging (love)

2) Feeling disrespected (respect)

3) Not feeling valued (significance)

We can ask ourselves, how and why has this been perceived this way and what can I do about it. We can take responsibility for our part even when others will ultimately perceive things the way they do. 

Your Mind

You won't have to believe whatever your mind thinks - much of it is biased, incomplete stories conditioned by the environment and your past. By other people's limited perspective and beliefs. 

Even If We Receive Everything

 Even when we receive everything we could ever wish for, new problems and challenges arise. Imperfection, impermanence, change, loss, attachment, grief, are all part of the world in whatever shape it manifests itself. 

They can’t see you

Ego is the Human blindness of not seeing the other as part of you.
