Declaration of Truth is the Path to Freedom
When you declare truth, not opinion, you gain direct access to freedom and peace.
Even if it is the declaration of the fact that your mind is experiencing an angry thought, the declaration that you are physiologically experiencing rage, your mind is noisy, you are feeling lost. As long as the truth is fully embraced and not resisted, freedom is a byproduct of this declaration and simultaneous acceptance of the truth of the matter.
