The Darkness Within

I looked the devil in the eyes.

It was nowhere else to be found
but within myself.

How am I different from the evil I see outside
when I carry hate or bitterness inside?

The roots of evil
we carry within.

Who is responsible for rising above this,
other than myself?

In surrender and humility,
I allowed the Light of Presence
to shine through me
into the darkness within,

returning me to Peace.

Through Presence.

We cannot deal with the darkness without
without first meeting the darkness within.

Kneel before God.
Ask for guidance.

Nothing comes close
to this surrender,
this humility.

It is Easy to Love and Hate

It is easy to love as much as it is easy to hate. 

You can hate through one judgement that cuts you from this moment in whatever form in manifests and love by dropping that judgemnet. Love requires nothing to add - only to drop, to shed away the layers of judgement and that obstructed the natural flow of love in all creation - including You. 

What Hate and Judgement Does

Judgement and hate disrupts the natural energy flow of life within the framework of your own body and breath. They distrubt the energy flow, the ease, the peace, the love that is otherwise naturally available to you. Come back home. Return to Me.
