Demanding is not doing, many demand of others, yet do very little themselves. Effective leaders are on the ground helping their followers, they act and inspire action. They earn respect not through coercion but through inspiration. They instil commitment, not compliance.

Look for what inspires you and draw yourself towards it. surround yourself with those who give you energy and inspiration and support you to in your own life endeavours not their own dreams. Surround yourself with those who do not assume what makes you happy and try to shove it down your throat but instead try to dig deep inside you and trigger your source of life and inspiration and your true calling.
