Judging Behaviour vs Treating the Cause

The best you can get by judging or punishing "bad" behaviour or mixing identity with bad behaviour is a sense of shame, which does not lead to sustainable wellbeing or sustainable outcomes.

What works better is to address the underlying causes, resolve issues at their root cause and lead with compassion - this is aligned with sustainability and wellbeing.

The Root of All World's Societal Problems

Give me one societal problem and I'll help you root it back to one thing: lack of awareness and understanding of the human condition.

When Leaders Rise

When a leader rises for a cause beyond self, in most cases they are also ready to die for that cause.

Demanding vs Doing

Demanding is not doing, many demand of others, yet do very little themselves. Effective leaders are on the ground helping their followers, they act and inspire action. They earn respect not through coercion but through inspiration. They instil commitment, not compliance.

Leadership Is...

Leadership is having the confidence to stand up with what you believe, the humility to receive and embrace feedback, the ability to empathize from multiple perspectives, the courage to change and evolve for the better and strength to get back up when you fall, all with a mindset of compassion and trust.

Great Leaders Say We & YOU

Great leaders rarely ever say "I" except when they are taking on blame. They would use "we" and "YOU" to empower and move the masses. They are rarely there to take on credit even when they can legitimately take credit. Great leaders put others first.

Intention of a Leader Determine's their Course

The intention by which an individual embarks on a leadership journey determines the type of leader they will become.
If their intention is beyond themselves (e.g. helping others, freeing other's from suffering, etc) they will become a selfless leader giving themselves up for the greater good. If their intention is their own success to be at the top, they will most likely sacrifice others' need to get their own.

What Goes Through Some Who Walk Upon This Earth

What goes through him, is the same thing that goes through some who walk upon this earth– men like Mahatma Gandhi and Nelson Mandela, Mother Theresa and Martin Luther King. It is not them, not their blood and flesh, neither their minds - there is a force that is beyond and they, they act as mediums. They are not the source but the tool by which the source utilises to make what needs to happen, happen. You may destroy the individual but you cannot destroy the force, the source that is the very reason we are here.  Such men have no fears for they know they don’t own anything – not even themselves. They have recognised that they exist for the world and have identified their mission and purpose for which they walk upon this earth.
